Denise’s friends reach all over the world. She always had a smile on her face that made others smile and laugh along with her.
She will truly be missed by so many!
Denise had a special love for Mexico, and spent most of the winter months there. In the summertime, you would find her the happiest at the cabin in Wakaw Lake, Saskatchewan.
Wherever she went in the world, she found inspiration for her next art project. Denise would go on walks, find something that was discarded, take it home and create a piece of art with it. She could see the finished product
before she had started with it. In the last few years, she began hosting art classes at the lake.
Denise is survived by her husband John, their two children, daughter Alicia (Austin), son Tanner, her first daughter Nadine (Rowan), her mother and father, Kathy and Joe, her brother Gerald (Sandy), and her sister Charlotte (Allan).
The family would like to say a huge Thank You to all of the doctors and staff at the Royal University Hospital and the Saskatoon Cancer Centre for your tremendous support and care you gave to her in her final months of life.
