On January 12, 2026, Outlook RCMP received a report of a missing 42-year-old female, Jennifer Richter from Dinsmore, SK.
Jennifer was last seen in Saskatoon on January 4, 2026.
Since she was reported missing, Outlook RCMP have been checking places Jennifer is known to visit and following up on information received. They are now asking members of the public to report information on Jennifer’s whereabouts.
Jennifer is described as:
- Height: 5 ft 1 in
- Weight: 100 lbs
- Eye colour: brown
- Hair colour and style: brown
- Last seen wearing: green leggings, a black shirt, and a light pink jacket
- Other descriptors: multiple tattoos on her back, legs, and arms. This includes skulls on her right hand and right arm, and a woman with wings on her left arm.

Jennifer may be driving a blue 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe with Saskatchewan license plate 040 LKH. She may have travelled towards the Edmonton, AB area, but her current whereabouts are unknown.
