It is with heavy hearts and profound love that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, Dad and Papa/Grandpa. Dad passed away peacefully on March 8, 2022 at the age of 76 years.
Dad was born on August 21, 1945 to Michael and Theresa Goller. He was the youngest of 12. He grew up on the family farm west of Wakaw. In 1969, Dad started his farming career on the family farm which he actively continued until his passing. In 1970, he married the love of his life, Anne Kowalchuk. They were married for 52 years. Later that same year they welcomed their first son, Warren, their daughter Tracey in 1973, their sons Wesley in 1981 and Ward in 1991.
Dad’s passion was the farm, this truly was Dad’s happy place where he enjoyed working on the field and spending time with the animals. He enjoyed snowmobiling, quading, fishing and being outdoors in general. He loved spending time with his family, sharing stories of the good old days, a good game of kaiser and going for a drive. Throughout his years Dad drove school bus for many years, was a RM Councillor, served on the Lakeview Pioneer Lodge Board and the Veterinarian Board.
Dad leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife Anne, his son Warren (Melinda, grandsons Bret and Braeden), his daughter Tracey (Kyle, grandson Brody), his son Wesley (Jinelle, grandchildren Kadence, Teigan and Beckett), and his son Ward. We were blessed to have you in our life, you have guided us, protected us and most of all loved us. You taught us to work hard and to be a better person, like you. You always put others before yourself and have left us with so many wonderful memories. We will miss you so much!
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at RUH. A Funeral Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Marc Blondeau of Kushneryk Funeral Service, Wakaw, SK, 306-234-4403.
