Faith Angeline (nee Suek) Laskowski

July 7, 1945 –May 20, 2020

Faith (Faye) Angeline Laskowski (nee Suek) passed peacefully from this world to be with the faithful departed on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at Humboldt Hospital with her husband Stefan, daughter Laura, doctor, nurse and Father Joseph at her bedside. Faye was a faithful wife, mother, grandmother, homemaker and artist who gave her life to family, church, and community.  She will be greatly missed and loved by her family and friends; her husband, Steve; daughters Lisa (Jeff) and granddaughters Rachel and Hanna, Laura (Todd) and grandchildren Victoria, Nicholas, Steven and Julia and son Robin (Charlene) and grandchildren Elyse and Jacob.  A Funeral Mass to be held at a later date. “I have had a life of pain and sorrow but also happiness in a dear and loving husband, children and wonderful grandchildren.  I love you all dearly.  Close your eyes dear ones and I am there.”

Do not stand at my grave and weep;

I am not there, I do not sleep

I am a thousand winds that blow.

I am the diamond glints on snow.

I am the sunlight on ripened grain,

I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you awaken in the morning’s hush

I am the swift uplifting rush

Of quiet birds in circled flight.
