Gustave Louis Gaudet

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Gustave Louis Gaudet on Wednesday February 5, 2020, at the age of 67 years. Gustave will be lovingly remembered by his wife Pauline Gaudet (Comeault); his children: Ronald (Tara) Gaudet, Suzanne (Mark) Peters, Mario (Chelsey) Gaudet and Serge (Erin) Gaudet; his eight grandchildren: Hilary and Nicolas Gaudet, Nairn and Kensie Peters, Emily and Caleb Gaudet and Ryker and Gretchen Gaudet; his sisters: Melva (Omer) Degagne, Jeannine (Albert) Kovacs, Béatrice Gaudet and Louisanne (Garth) Stimpson; his brothers: Victor (Ginette), Antoine (Cathy), Francis (Lizanne) and Edmond; as will as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Gustave was predeceased by his parents Ronald Gaudet and Alice (Deault) and his parents-in-law Paul and Ethel Comeault. Gus was artistic and an accomplished carpenter. He spent many years enjoying helping farmers with their agricultural needs pertaining to farm inputs. He enjoyed the wilderness, hunting, fishing and winter activities. He also enjoyed and played hockey and baseball in his younger years. Although he didn’t talk much, his mind was active and always concentrating on his many projects. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the St. Isidore Roman Catholic Church in Bellevue, SK on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Matthew Nguyen as celebrant. Interment of the Urn will be held in late spring at the St. Isidore Cemetery. Donations in Gus’s memory may be directed to the Heart and Stroke foundation.
